A Love Letter

Sarah Ban Breathnach in her book Simple Abundance: A Daybook of Comfort and Joy suggests writing a love letter to yourself in July to help bring more harmony to your everyday life. She suggests that you write a long, wonderful love letter to yourself from your authentic self. Compliment yourself for everything you are doing right now, just the way you are. Let your authentic self encourage you as you would a young child. Mail the letter and save it for when you are feeling discouraged.
