Health Checks

As I have said before Trinny & Susannah in their book The Survival Guide: A Woman’s Secret Weapon For Getting Through The Year they have dedicated June to being happy, healthy and wise. Naturally one of the things they have said is really important to do this month is to make an appointment for your regular cervical smear test. I know it sucks but its the wise thing to do if you want to stay happy and healthy.

While you’re at it here’s a gentle reminder thanks to Caroline Jones and her book The Desperate Housewife’s Guide to Life and Love of are some other vital health checks every woman must have:

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this matter to be actually something which I believe I might never understand. It kind of feels too complex and very wide for me. I am having a look forward to your subsequent post, I will attempt to get the cling of it!

    • Because I really struggle to make my health a priority, not wanting to sacrifice the time or money to see a health professional when I’m feeling fine. I feel like its something I need to schedule into my life as a bullet print to do list in order to make it happen. Now that I’m enough of an adult to understand that although prevention is better than a cure, I also understand its not always possible, so early detection becomes very important as it gives you the best chance of a long, happy, healthy life.
